Give Me An Answer with Stuart & Cliffe Knechtle
United States
Приєднався 2 жов 2007
The "Give Me An Answer" ministry began
as an outgrowth of the dialogues Cliffe
Knechtle has had with students on various university campuses throughout the
United States. These universities include
the University of Maine, Harvard, MIT,
University of Florida, University of Texas,
University of Wisconsin, University of Minnesota, University of California Los
Angeles, University of California San Diego, Berkeley, Stanford, University of Hawaii
and the University of Washington. Cliffe
spoke on these campuses in front of the Student Union or Library at noon for five to
ten minutes. At the close of his initial
remarks, he'd open up the time for
questions and answers, which usually
turned into a two to four hour dialogue
with students. His crowd size ranged from
25 - 500 students at a time, and between classes, new students would join the discussion. This is an extremely effective way to reach a large number of university
students with the Gospel of Christ.

No. YOU, are entertaining.
Hey cliffe I’m trying to understand this passages can you explain it to me. 1 Corinthians 15:40-44 2 Corinthians 12:2 John 14:2
thank God for sending human like Cliffe to teach and educate people
Cliffe got that christian drip 💯💣🙏
where is the full video??
Probably most of these kids are Christian or at least have been to church! Not all mind you, but I’m from Mississippi and it’s in the Bible Belt!! There are still many people/children that goes to church here.
I don’t think this kid has a concept of reality
You go to hell also if you reject Jesus
The fool in his heart there is no God
So what’s the answer
Her eyebrow looks cool
There is only on one truth there cannot be many truths Jesus who is God said I am the way the truth and the life
Cliffe did a amazing job on Stuart 👏
Why is always people who look like they are in pain and suffering who deny god I’ll tell you why BECAUSE THEY NEED HIM WE NEED HIM WE ALL NEED HIM PRAISE JESUS !🙏🏽💪🏽✝️
My parents are athiests and raised me to be an athiest but I'm a Christian. My dad HATED God....and also claims God doesn't exist. My dad doesn't love anyone, me, my siblings, or my mom. He was very abusive to me growing up bc i exist. He even said that's why. I decided to be a christian bc of the answer to my question: How can anyone hate anyone who doesn't exist? It makes a LOT more sense that there's a God, than anything atheists believe. Bc there is a God that means He created me and everything else. So He deserves my praise and worship if i give it or not. I don't want to be left out of the blessings of God, so i accepted Jesus" blood to cover my sins. That makes me a christian.
You can be sincerely wrong
This video looks like it was taken back in the days when college students actually attended to learn, with desire to think, and contemplate...They're respectful, listen, and ponder. What has happened to our college campuses these days!
Hell is a lake of eternal fire and brimstone its not just eternity without God
WIDE STANCE,. ARMS CROSSED. READY TO BE A RETARDED RELIGIOUS ZEALOT!! LETS GO BOSS
My bros. You don't have to be a believer to see the arrogance of the atheist. People are what they believe in.
Is this a modern rap battle?
This lady is like doubting Thomas -"Unless I.insert my finger into his wound I.won't believe that he rose from the death"
AMEN
LMAO !!! Bro is reading straight from google! Come on man!
no and I never will be. wouldn't want to go to hell since Catholicism is the only truth.
The true and only way… is being a follower of Christ, none of these other denominations will dictate if you’re going to hell or not. Jesus said the only way is through me. Jesus would never tell someone they are going to hell cause of not following a specific denomination
man children
I think why God created man is for His end goal to have a kingdom and for His own pleasure according to Rev. 4:11
How did you determine this 'God' _created_ man?
He’a too literal. Fear of God is to be in awe of His Holiness.
Meet the Man.Do not assume .humbly ask Him to come to u. Hes faithful. Put Him to the test please. He loves not like the world His love is pure. Drink from living water.
Someone take this guy to Shiek Utman😂 he will bunk of all his messages from the bibble and will accept islam😊
The power of adoption rather than abortion
A person with such a bad speech impediment cannot be taken seriously due to the fact that they haven’t taken themselves serious enough to realize such a bad impediment in the speech, therefore that same person shouldn’t be pointing out anything to anyone else. And a kind person would tell her this to her face. An asshole would let her continue to sound like that in front of everyone knowing damn well no one would take her seriously because of it.
Hurricanes🌀? Pretty sure that’s not Gods creation, nature is evil I think hurricanes are apart of the fall not intended by God
Holyspirit conviction is real🎉🫡✝️
What kind of power stance is that?!?! 😂
She seems sweet and it was an interesting story but I feel like she did not answer the question he asked...
Nah, she answered the question
She did say she was born into it at the beginning lol and adopted into it. But then went more into the adoption family.
We too, were adopted into Christ’s family. Thank you Father in heaven!
I am an atheist. I define atheism as suspending any acknowledgment as to the reality of any particular god until sufficient credible evidence is introduced. My position is that *_I have no good reason to acknowledge the reality of any god._* And here is why I currently hold to such a position. Below are 10 facts I must consider when evaluating the claim made by certain theists that some god exists in reality. To be clear, these are not premises for any argument concluding there to be no gods. These are simply facts I must take into account when evaluating such a claim. 1. I personally have never observed a god. 2. I have never encountered any person who has claimed to have observed a god. 3. I know of no accounts of persons claiming to have observed a god that were willing or able to demonstrate or verify their observation for authenticity, accuracy, or validity. 4. I have never been presented a valid logical argument that also employed sound premises that lead deductively to a conclusion that a god(s) exists in reality. 5. Of the many logical syllogisms I have encountered arguing for the reality of a god(s), I have found all to contain either logical fallacies or false or unsubstantiated premises. 6. I have never observed a phenomenon in which the existence of a god was a necessary antecedent for the known or probable explanation for the causation of that phenomenon. 7. Several proposed (and generally accepted) explanations for observable phenomena that were previously based on the agency of a god(s), have subsequently been replaced with rational, natural explanations, each substantiated with evidence that excluded the agency of a god(s). I have never encountered _vice versa._ 8. I have never experienced the presence of a god through intercession of angels, divine revelation, the miraculous act of divinity, or any occurrence of a supernatural event. 9. Every phenomenon that I have ever observed has *_emerged_* from necessary and sufficient antecedents over time without exception. In other words, I have never observed a phenomenon (entity, process, object, event, process, substance, system, or being) that was created _ex nihilo_ - that is instantaneously came into existence by the solitary volition of a deity. 10. All claims of a supernatural or divine nature that I have encountered have either been refuted to my satisfaction or do not present as falsifiable. ALL of these facts lead me to the only rational conclusion that concurs with the realities I have been presented - and that is the fact that there is *_no good reason_* for me to acknowledge the reality of any god. I have heard often that atheism is the denial of the Abrahamic god. But denial is the active rejection of a substantiated fact once credible evidence has been presented. Atheism is simply withholding such acknowledgment until sufficient credible evidence is introduced. *_It is natural, rational, and prudent to be skeptical of unsubstantiated claims, especially extraordinary ones._* I welcome any cordial response. Peace.
Her lisp is entertaining.
All Glory be to the one and only True God!
The explosion of the big bang created the eye ... Wow! What a fairy tale!
How he provides a logical and rational explanation to make a very plausible case to knowing our Lord Savior.❤❤
When has Cliffe ever presented any evidentiary fact or sound argument that makes a plausible case for the reality of this 'Lord Savior'? Please indicate precisely where Cliffe has done so. I believe you are confusing the asserting of baseless claim spoken confidently with stating an actual plausible and ration case for this 'Lord Savior'.
Amen God only test the spirit did God almighty come in the flesh ❤
Wow!!! I wish I knew yall were in Oxford!!!!! I would have loved to come listen
I am Christian but I think the part about Buddhism is merely a miscommunication of words and stress about the brutality of historical violences. Cliffe provides the term "to know God" but could be restated as "is curious about the design of the cosmos at large". The fact that the Universe arranges itself in order amid the chaos of excessive change (hot-cold etc) is a thing that drives curiosity. Religions have always attempted to understand where they are as they awaken more consciousness. Sometimes I think the translation of everything imparts that God is a "figure" when in fact, God has many names (Father, Son, Holy Spirit, Yahweh, etc) It is actually communicated in the English (because language here is important etymologically) Bible that God prefers less form in the first few books. Much of God's communication is translated by "seers" and "prophets" which have "communication" but it is easy to see that an imperfect being has difficulty translating perfect order (which the Universe is in). This is also an element of Plato. Likewise, Buddhism does not espouse a figurehead because it knows that the Universe itself is the figurehead. If the "Entirety" of existence is the figurehead then every element of existence could be used to name the figurehead. "God" is one word and yet God is in every aspect of the Universe such as the words, "Grass" "Trees" "Mountains" etc. So the decentralization of the "form" of "words" themselves is not inherently bad because God speaks inherently and also invisibly through elements like "Wind" where you cannot see it but you feel it deeply. God is an element of the psyche inasmuch as God breathed life into us and made us in God's Image. "Image" is what is being contested but no singular image can contain God. That is why it is not possible to know Jesus' true portrait either. "Jesus" in God's design is "human as a whole" and lived as an example to emulate without centralizing on as an unattainable figure. If you were not able to emulate Jesus because he was elevated above humans, then the entire point of coming down into our level of existence would have been moot. Buddhists are not enemies of God. You might could change the words but the element would be the same. If you called wind "moving pressure zones" it would still be "wind" by a different name. Acknowledging the "Universe" itself as "God" is simply "Holy Spirit" by a different name. Much of the "Holy Spirit" is taken for granted in the context that "Spirit" as a word is "formless". Even for all the words I speak here, it would never contain the Holy Spirit. Thus forms of all kind are a translation of that spirit. That is why you call people "Seers" or "divinely inspired writers". They are the same thing. You must see to write. But you see with the inner eye, not the physical one. The mental understanding is not a physical form. It is bio-electric and the more you analyze into quantum physics and the cosmos, the more you see the order. Zen Buddhism is a great practice for centering and balance. "Balance" is also just "Holy Spirit" by a different name. It is not that acquisition or domination that leads to this conclusion but the science of how languages are invented. The shape of sound and the lines we use to convey ideas are all forms. Etymology proves this. Adhering too much to one language is the true detriment. In Egyptian language you will find that King Tutankamen Akenatun (King Tut) dissolved all the polytheistic sects into ATUN (The One) as well. It is a constant adherence to "oneness". Humans did not know the Earth was round. It is not many continents, it is one Earth. We are not the center of the Universe either. It is ONE solar system among many, and yet it is one galaxy among many galaxies. And yet it is one spacetime overall. It is one Universe. Even if you segment it into multiverses, it is A multiversal reality. ("A" here meaning an encapsulation). The encapsulation itself becomes "one" element as it is understood. The more you understand anything, the more it becomes clear and is "one large, interwoven idea". The "Large Idea" is composed of "small ideas" but "cells" make a "body" as you increase in size and acknowledge the system at place. " Any System (singular) is made of systems (plural) and yet it is natural to impart unity as more is discovered. The One is made of Many and yet remains "one". So that is your evidence without ever using various language translations. It is reason which produced Philosophy in this manner. Philosophy is the handmaiden to God in Proverbs 8. The religious texts are wonderful but Philosophy crosses all boundaries and thus is "spiritual". "Spirituality" is the root of all. Because it is the root, we would call that "holy" in Christianity but many words will do. Because "Divine Spirit" is equally "Holy Spirit" after you realize that all the words I use are smaller systems to "point" to the larger system. And that is what Zen does. It "points" without "defining". That is why in Zen we say, "to say we are Zen, is to not be Zen". Undefinable. Imperfection cannot define perfection. That is Platonian Theory of Forms. That is why "faith" is by design. No one can translate it properly and yet we must believe based on the inferences of order we witness in the cosmos. Very good speaker this man. I cannot perform so well on the spot and yet I can distill through writing. His skill set is in direct conversation. Mine is in squiggly lines I call "words". But even these words are imperfect and you must arrive at the truth in your own way. That is the nature of Zen "enlightenment" as well. Peace to you all! <3
Absolutely insane to think this was only a short while after DC Talk released "Free at Last"
their songs make a lot more sense hearing what these students believed too
Bro really thought he did something with that cringe question lol
God blesses Cliff. He is humble and wise and patient 🙏

I’m allowed to reject Religion period cause I have a right too. We have the Freedom of religion, which means it goes both ways. I’m allowed to say it’s nonsense cause that how I feel. You can’t be forced to believe in something in this country at all. Know your role professor just teach not nonsense
